We designed our website that way! Once you have found the items(s) you wish to purchase, simply add it to your shopping cart, it's that simple. When you have completed shopping, click the "CHECKOUT NOW" button to easily pay for your purchase. For the safety and security of our online customers, we employ 128-bit encryption and never store credit card information on our servers.
Typically orders are processed within 48 business hours, though some items may require more time based on stock amounts. Shipping time varies depending on location. Atlanta Janitorial Supply makes no guarantees regarding transit time but will do our best to help speed up the process on our end by all means possible. To add, Atlanta Janitorial Supply will do our absolute best in providing you the most accurate and timely information on our products on our website which will keep you up to date with industry changes.

We ship UPS Ground on all UPS shippable orders. Freight will be calculated immediately upon placing an item in your shopping cart. Orders placed Mon - Fri before 12 noon EDT are normally shipped the same day. Orders over *$1800.00 will receive free freight. Atlanta Janitorial Supply does not currently ship orders overseas (International) or to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico, or Canada. Please note that some items including hazardous materials and aerosol products cannot be shipped overseas due to regulations. We have no problem shipping to a mail forwarding company that will in turn ship the goods overseas for you. Atlanta Janitorial Supply is not responsible for the reshipment or refund of any order that shows signed for upon delivery. Please inspect all packages at time of delivery to check for any obvious signs of damage.

Non-Shippable Items
Please be advised that some items at Atlanta Janitorial Supply are not UPS shippable due to either the size of the package or the chemical nature of the item(s). In the event an item is not shippable via UPS, the nearest warehouse location will deliver to you via truck. There will be a $57 surcharge on such items.

Due to extensive inventory levels and number of warehouses around the country, we rarely experience a backorder situation. Should you place an order for an item currently out of stock, you will be notified immediately either via telephone or e-mail of the situation and presented with further options for your review.

Special Orders:
Special order items typically take longer to receive than items stocked at our warehouse locations, as they are often shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Delivery may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks in some cases. Please ask your sales consultant for more details. Due to the nature of these products any cancellation must be received within 24 hours and no returns are permitted.

APO/FPO orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Atlanta Janitorial Supply will charge actual cost of the freight from the U.S. Post Office to the domestic APO/FPO destination. Please be advised that you will be contacted by customer support in regards to the additional freight that may be applicable. Tracking information and insurance is not available. Final delivery of the order will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services. Atlanta Janitorial Supply is not able to ship liquid or aerosol products to APO/FPO locations.

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. The only exceptions to this are products from our outdoors category. Cancellation for outdoor products must either be called in directly or we must receive notification in writing within 24 hours of the order being placed to avoid any additional shipping cost.

Residential Orders:
For residential orders shipped by freight truck, normal delivery is to curbside only and not inside the home. If you need in-home delivery, in most cases the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges. Please contact Atlanta Janitorial Supply directly if you have special instructions for delivery, otherwise special instructions should be signed and left in a conspicuous location at the place of delivery for the delivery driver. Customer is also responsible for additional charges in cases of missed appointments or re-delivery.

It is very important that a correct phone number is provided for arranging freight delivery. Please be sure to include the most relevant phone number to contact you at the time you place your order.

Product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees and special handling fees are non-refundable. Orders that are not charged for shipping are subject to original shipping cost of delivery. The refunded amount will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. For orders placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to Atlanta Janitorial Supply shall be that of the customers.

If you prefer to prepay by check rather than major credit card, simply add items to your Atlanta Janitorial Supply shopping cart, print out the completed page which displays the items for purchase, and mail it to our address below with your check or money order payable to: "Atlanta Janitorial Supply". Please be sure to also include contact information with your payment so there is never an issue. Please be aware that we also accept E-check payments online to speed up your process if desired.

Atlanta Janitorial Supply accepts purchase orders and net terms accounts to qualifying businesses, government, educational institutions and other organizations.
