returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% under certain circumstances
plus any shipping and handling. Any defective or damaged goods must be
noted at time of delivery on packing list and Atlanta Janitorial Supply
must be notified within 24 hours. Atlanta Janitorial Supply will refund
you the total cost of your order (including shipping) and reimburse you
for the cost of returning the merchandise to us. Please remember to keep
the box and packing material the merchandise arrived in. We can replace
the unused damaged merchandise or issue a refund once the damaged item
has been returned to us. Our customer service representatives are happy to
assist if you have any questions and we will do everything in our power to make
right for mishandling of the shipper beyond our control.
Certain items are non-returnable due to legal or manufacturer restrictions.
These include but are not limited to opened software, consumable products,
medical items, used items, glassware, china, vacuum cleaners, custom and
special orders, floor machines, perishable items and other such items where deemed.
Wrong items are sometimes shipped by accident, its just common nature.
Please let us know what you received in as much detail as possible (item
number, product name, quantity). Please also let us know if you would like
to return the incorrect item and have the item you originally purchased
sent to you or if you would like to keep the incorrect item and add it
on to your original order.
If you should decide to send an item back, please use the following procedures
to expedite the handling.
Obtaining an Return Merchandise Authorization Number:
You will first need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
and a Return Address in advance from Atlanta Janitorial Supply prior to
shipping/returning any item back to our facility, otherwise, unauthorized
returns will not be accepted. Shipping the item back without an Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Atlanta Janitorial Supply may
delay your refund. We are unable to accept returns on used items.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, simply fill
out the Return Merchandise Authorization Form or have the following
information ready when speaking to our Customer Service department. Email

on hand when calling as it will be needed in order to recieve a Return

& Shipping Information:
Once you have been given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA
number) and a Return Address for your return, you then have 7 days of issuance
(postdated) to return the item(s) back to our facility (complete with original
packaging, all documentation, warranty cards, cables, etc.). All Returns
must be shipped freight prepaid. We recommend sending the product via a
traceable carrier (i.e.: UPS, FedEx, Airborne, etc.) and insured for the
value of the content(s). Atlanta Janitorial Supply will not be held responsible
for lost packages sent to our facility, so tracking your package should
be vital to you to ensure complete delivery. Unfortunately, if the item
never reaches the warehouse, we cannot issue you a credit. The cost of
the merchandise, minus shipping and/or handling charges will be refunded
to you. We will inspect all open returns and reserves the right to refuse
credits on damaged, misused or non-resealable items at our discretion.
The item(s) you are returning must be shipped back in its original packaging.
Clearly mark your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number) on ONLY
the "shipping label" of your return package. Please do not write the Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA number) on the box, doing so will disqualify
you from receiving a credit.
Credit(s) for your Item(s)
Once the item(s) are received at our facility, it may take up to
10 business days to process the receipt of the item(s) for credit.
This allows up to 5 business days for processing at our warehouse facility
and up to 5 business days to initiate a credit to your account. It is Atlanta
Janitorial Supply policy to issue the refund to the same credit card with
which the order was placed. You can easily check on the status of your
return at any time by contacting a friendly representative in our Returns
Department during normal business hours. To expedite your refund, email
your package tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org
Limitations of Liability:
In no event shall Atlanta Janitorial Supply or any of its subsidiaries
or affiliates be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential
damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of
business or profits. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion
may not apply to you.
